Bricmate’s porcelain stoneware in 12mm thickness is used for countertops and chests of drawers in kitchens and bathrooms as well as other surfaces where stone, marble, granite, limestone, wood, laminate and other materials are commonly used. Porcelain stoneware is a hygienic, durable and environmentally friendly material that can be used thanks to its superior technical material properties.
The slabs can withstand a high level of wear from kitchen utensils and do not get stains from lemon, wine or fatty foods. Easy to keep clean with standard cleaning agents against, for example, grease stains and limescale deposits.
Porcelain stoneware is industrially made from natural raw materials, mainly consisting of finely ground feldspar, sand and clay.
The material is dry-pressed under high pressure and then fired at high temperatures. The result is an extremely durable material we call porcelain stoneware!
The material can withstand strong cleaning agents, acids and foods as well as high wear from both pedestrian traffic and kitchen utensils.
Fits most surfaces in home environments as well as public spaces and surfaces.
